dalrin, you've done me no good
honey, i thought that you would
you might as well lock me behind bars of steel
before i go runnin' to your sister, child
they're selling your pride on the corner, baby
so lay your money down if you wanna
because i'm gonna leave you
i'm makin' my bed baby, and won't let you in
no matter how much you beg, it won't mean a thing
i went and got your pride on the corner baby
it didn't cost me a thing
you're living your life like you wanna die
i ain't gonna let you drag me down
they're selling your pride on the corner baby
go on and lay your money down
you're living your life and you're gonna die
ain't no way you're gonna drag me down

At the beginning of the last several calendar years, BSG has put out a new album. They have gotten consistently more expansive and astounding with each release. I don’t even feel comfortable calling this “Stoner rock“ much of the time. I’m reminded of things as varied as Floyd’s Momentary Lapse, 4AD and IRS bands from the 80s, and drone rock pioneers Earth.
Keep up the amazing work, and I wish you guys many more fans! Brian Parker
